Alec Baldwin and his wife Hilaria Baldwin have been hollowing out in Manchester, Vermont after the tragic accident in which the actress accidentally shot and killed Halyna Hutchins on the set for “Rust”.
Baldwin, 63, showed up despite wearing a black face mask as he stepped out to have coffee with Hilaria, 37, at Dina’s Bakery Cafe on Sunday in new photos taken exclusively by Page Six.
The actor seemed desperate while inside the bakery. One moment Baldwin looked defeated with his head hanging low over the table, and the next he put his face in his hands while Hilaria stood in front of him with her back to the window.
However, they managed to put on brave faces when they left with their drinks. Baldwin waved photographers while Hilaria smiled politely but filmed the minor interaction on her phone.
Hilaria later went for a quick jog alone and confronted the photographers sitting outside their home with her phone.
Just a day earlier, Hilaria spoke exclusively to The Post about her concerns about her husband’s mental health following the tragedy on stage.
“I brought [Alec] up here because we have to mourn Halyna’s death, ”she said. “Alec had a really traumatic thing going on and I’m trying to limit PTSD.”
“He needs space for me to take care of him and his mental health,” she said. “It’s a terrible thing that has happened. Alec is feeling terrible.”
