Bones believed to be human found in Hale Conservation Park at Williamstown, north-east of Adelaide

Investigations are underway after bones believed to be human were found in a South Australian park this afternoon. 

A person walking through Hale Conservation Park spotted the bones at about 1.45pm.

Hale Conservation Park is located at Williamstown, around 40km north-east of Adelaide. 

Authorities will now analyse the bones and will search the area for more information. 

Local police will remain on scene throughout the night.
