The Los Angeles condo of 60s hit maker Frankie Valli is up for sale. Valli—who, with his band The Four Seasons, lit up the AM airwaves with endlessly whistle-able tunes like “Can’t Take My Eyes off You”—is asking $3.195 million for the three-bedroom, four-bath unit on the Wilshire Corridor.

The 3,200 sq. ft. unit features an interior design style that favors space and light, and the shared living area is essentially open, with an unobstructed progression from kitchen, which gets a sizable chunk of the available floor area, to living room; floors in semi-gloss mid-toned plank hardwood warm bring some definition to the space.

A glass bay offers city views; sliding glass doors open to a covered terrace that brings them a touch closer. The master bedroom’s corner glass might make for the most compelling Los Angeles immersion of any spot in the unit, though; floor-to-ceiling, it drenches the room in natural light, and presents a line of sight that’s uninterrupted.

The Four Seasons’ number-one hits include 1962’s “Big Girls Don’t Cry” and 1975’s “December, 1963 (Oh, What a Night).” Valli also topped the charts as a solo artist with 1974’s “My Eyes Adored You” and 1978’s “Grease.”
