United play Tottenham away on Saturday night, and Harry Kane has revealed how he intends to strangle the center-forward.
“Yes, I know it’s going to be a tough fight, but we have our own strengths,” Maguire told the BBC.
“We have to limit the number of chances we give him [Kane]. We know how clinically he is in front of goal, so we have to play better defensively than what we have done.
“We’ve been working hard on it this week and I’m sure you’ll see an improvement on Saturday.
“We will try to keep him as far away from our goal as possible.”
