I tried the best vegan ice cream in London and you can get it delivered anywhere in the UK

I love ice cream and the videos on Instagram that are often referred to as ‘food porn’.

One day as I was flipping through the gram, I saw a video of a hot chocolate with a marshmallow top that looked incredible.

As I’m sure many of you have done, I fell a little in a spiral. And I quickly discovered Chin Chin.

Chin Chin is a fantastic ice cream shop based in London, so when I was last in town I definitely had to try it.

I rolled along with my suitcase in tow and was ready to finally try the vegan cookie dough and ice cream I had dreamed of.

Chin Chin is my favorite vegan ice cream

It was a very small store with only two customers other than myself when I walked in. But based on everything I had seen online, it was definitely a place worth trying.

So I turned to the counter and ordered a fried cookie dough with vegan praline ice cream.

It was incredible, the type of food that I just absolutely inhaled without getting up for air.

When I looked at my little empty dish, I could not help but be disappointed that I came home at all.

So I was absolutely thrilled to find out that you can actually place an order and have just this cookie dough and ice cream at home.

They even have their incredible hot chocolate starter and marshmallows that attracted me to begin with.

The ice is delivered on Fridays up and down the country, excluding Northern Ireland and the Highlands, and arrives with dry ice, so you need to handle it carefully.

But with over two scoops in each tub, I felt like I was back in Chin Chin from the comfort of my own home.

There is a clear guide on how to make it at home

There are several flavors available when ordering online, with the vegan selection there are my favorite Salty Hazelnut Praline, Pandan (which is also gluten free) and Banana Milk.

But there are also dairy products, some of which include eggs and dairy products, and some do not have eggs. The taste is really impressive, while some may seem unusual, they are definitely worth a try.

Butterscotch, tonka bean, valrhona chocolate, coffee and olive oil, purple popcorn, mozzarella cherry swirl and apple butter pie are currently on the menu.

As you can see from my taste test video, I absolutely loved this series (and I will probably place orders over the winter for cozy movie nights).

In the meantime, I eat what is without a doubt the best vegan ice cream I have ever tried.
