MISSED: Police are looking for a man of 23, missing from home early Saturday

Ottawa police are seeking public assistance in locating Francis Cuento, 23, of Ottawa.

He was last seen early Saturday morning at his home near Angela Private and Heatherington Road in the East End.

His family is worried about his safety.

Cuento is of Southeast Asian descent, has Down syndrome and is non-verbal.

He is described as five feet two inches (157 cm) tall, weighing about 160 – 170 pounds (73 – 77 kg), with smooth black hair.

He may be wearing a long-sleeved black shirt with gray sleeves and a Molson logo, “camo” pants and a black baseball cap.

He is known for hanging out in malls like St-Laurent, South Keys and Bayshore.

Anyone with information about Cuento’s current whereabouts should call Ottawa Police on 613-236-1222.

If you have information that could help investigators but do not know where he is, contact the missing persons unit 613-236-1222, ext. 2355, between 8.00 and 16.00, Monday to Friday.
