No Way Home image confirms multiple spiders

Leaked photos from the set of Marvel Studios’ Spider-Man: No Way Home seem to confirm the appearance of several variations of Spidey.

Over the past two years, there have been countless rumors and reports suggesting that Tobey Maguire, Andrew Garfield and Tom Holland will also appear as their respective variants of Spider-Man in Marvel Studios’ Spider-Man: No Way Home. While some have denied these rumors outright, leaked images appear to confirm them.

Pictures from the set of the upcoming Spider Man movies are starting to appear on social media and show three different Spider-Man costumes, each similar to the costumes that Tobey Maguire wore in Sam Raimis Spider Man trilogy, Andrew Garfield i Fantastic Spider-Man movies and of course Tom Holland in the upcoming Marvel Cinematic Universe movie.

There have also been several descriptions suggesting that the upcoming film will feature Willem Dafoe’s Green Goblin in a suit that has been slightly modified with new gear and goggles, instead of a helmet. The suit will also have a shoulder strap and belt as well as gold accents. According to reports, the suit appears to be slightly damaged and has various metal parts and fabric covers that replace the damaged parts. It is worth noting that these reports are currently unconfirmed, although the Green Goblin has not been shown on photos or trailers regarding. No way home.

While Tobey Maguire has been more or less silent about any potential appearance in the upcoming film, Andrew Garfield completely denied his involvement, claiming that leaked behind-the-scenes footage of him in costume was deeply falsified and photos were photoshopped.

Apart from the controversial involvement of Spider Man actors, Spider-Man: No Way Home will see the return of several well-known supervillains, including Alfred Molina’s Doc Ock from Spider-Man 2, Willem Dafoes Green Goblin from Spider Man and Jamie Foxx’s Electro from Fantastic Spider-Man 2, to name a few. Recently, it was reported that the film will also see the return of Thomas Haden Church’s Sandman from Spider-Man 3 and Rhys Ifan’s Lizard from Fantastic Spider-Man, though director Jon Watts suggested it was just rumors.

Speculation about the film and its ambitious character, as described by Watts, has only intensified after an exclusive article from Empire described the upcoming film with a few selected words that read: “Spider-Man: No Way Home is not just a sequel – – it’s a massive, meta-multiverse game where Peter Parker battles iconic villains from past lives. As the creators tell us, this is nothing short of ‘Spider-Man: Endgame’. “

Spider-Man: No Way Home is set to hit theaters on December 17th.
