LOS ANGELES (CBSLA) – A man was shot dead in Los Angeles Saturday in the early hours of the morning.
The Los Angeles County Tax Office identified the victim as 34-year-old Glenn Burton from LA.

Deputies responded at. 12:38 a.m. on a shot fired call in the 14th block on 97th Street near Normandy Avenue and found Burton lying on the street with multiple gunshot wounds, said Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department deputy Miguel Meza.
Burton was pronounced dead at the scene, Meza said.

Authorities had no suspicious information and said it was unknown whether the shooting was gang-related.
