The Washington Post publishes “The Attack: Before, During, and After,” a study of the January 6 Capitol uprising and its aftermath

“Attack: Before, During, and After” presents striking new details about the cascade of warnings law enforcement officials received before Jan. 6, using social media posts, text messages, videos and photographs to show how Trump radicalized his supporters and mobilized them to action. The project also includes voicemails about threats against election officials around the country, and includes intimate reporting of six people whose lives were affected by January 6th.
