Video: Vancouver police are looking for suspects carrying a knife in an underground parking lot

A hotel employee was confronted earlier this month with a man with a knife in a hotel parking lot on Robson Street.

Vancouver police released the video (see below) on October 29, hoping someone can help identify the suspect.

The man with the knife looked into cars in the parade on October 8th. He fled into the street after pulling out his weapon as hotel staff came down to investigate what was going on.

“This incident undoubtedly frightened the victim, who was only doing his job when the man drew a knife and chased him,” VPD spokesman Const. Tania Visintin said in a press release. “We have not yet identified the suspect, so we have released this video with the hope that someone out there knows who he is.”
